NEXLINK is an early-stage startup founded by Khaleel in Saudi Arabia. An early version of the member portal is open at getnexlink.com/app, and the full platform is still in development. These short terms cover this website, the waitlist and the portal.
This website
The website describes a product we are building. Features, plans, prices and timelines may change before launch. Mockups, sample products, commission rates and calculator results are illustrative examples, not live data.
No income promise
Nothing on this website is a promise or guarantee of income. Affiliate earnings depend on many factors, including each network's rules, and many people earn little or nothing.
No partnership implied
Affiliate networks and brands named on this website are planned integrations or examples. Naming them does not mean they partner with, sponsor or endorse NEXLINK. Their names and marks belong to their owners.
Waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and does not create a purchase, payment or obligation. Any founding member offer will be confirmed with full terms before launch.
Your account
The portal is free during early access. It is an early version: features may change, and product feeds and rates inside it are examples unless they say otherwise. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what you post and for following each network's rules, including clear disclosure. You can download your data or delete your account at any time in Settings.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse this website or the portal, try to disrupt them, send spam through them, or create short links to malware, scams or anything illegal. We may remove such links or suspend accounts that do this.
Liability
The website is provided as it is, for information. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not liable for decisions made based on its content.
Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

نكسلينك شركة ناشئة في مرحلة مبكرة أسسها خليل في المملكة العربية السعودية. نسخة مبكرة من بوابة الأعضاء متاحة على getnexlink.com/app، والمنصة الكاملة ما زالت قيد التطوير. وتغطي هذه الشروط المختصرة هذا الموقع وقائمة الانتظار والبوابة.
هذا الموقع
يصف الموقع منتجًا نعمل على بنائه، وقد تتغير الميزات والباقات والأسعار والمدد قبل الإطلاق. النماذج والمنتجات التجريبية ونسب العمولة ونتائج الحاسبة أمثلة توضيحية وليست بيانات حقيقية.
لا وعد بالدخل
لا شيء في هذا الموقع يُعد وعدًا أو ضمانًا لأي دخل. أرباح التسويق بالعمولة تعتمد على عوامل كثيرة منها قواعد كل شبكة، وكثيرون يربحون قليلًا أو لا يربحون شيئًا.
لا شراكة ضمنية
الشبكات والعلامات التجارية المذكورة في الموقع تكاملات مخطط لها أو أمثلة، وذكرها لا يعني أنها شريكة لنكسلينك أو راعية لها أو مؤيدة لها. الأسماء والعلامات ملك لأصحابها.
قائمة الانتظار
الانضمام إلى قائمة الانتظار مجاني ولا يترتب عليه أي شراء أو دفع أو التزام. وأي عرض للأعضاء المؤسسين سيُؤكد بشروطه الكاملة قبل الإطلاق.
حسابك
البوابة مجانية خلال الوصول المبكر، وهي نسخة مبكرة: قد تتغير الميزات، والمنتجات والنسب داخلها أمثلة ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك. حافظ على سرية كلمة مرورك. أنت مسؤول عما تنشره وعن الالتزام بقواعد كل شبكة، ومنها الإفصاح الواضح. ويمكنك تنزيل بياناتك أو حذف حسابك في أي وقت من الإعدادات.
الاستخدام المقبول
يرجى عدم إساءة استخدام الموقع أو البوابة أو محاولة تعطيلهما أو إرسال رسائل مزعجة من خلالهما أو إنشاء روابط قصيرة لبرمجيات خبيثة أو احتيال أو أي محتوى مخالف للنظام. وقد نحذف هذه الروابط أو نوقف الحسابات التي تفعل ذلك.
المسؤولية
يُقدّم الموقع كما هو لأغراض المعلومات. وبالقدر الذي يسمح به النظام المعمول به، لا نتحمل مسؤولية القرارات المتخذة بناءً على محتواه.
