Privacy Policy

NEXLINK is an early-stage startup founded by Khaleel in Saudi Arabia. An early version of the member portal is open at getnexlink.com/app; the full product is not launched yet. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect today and why.
Waitlist
When you join the waitlist, we store your name, email address, role, country, preferred language and the date you signed up. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include.
Your account
When you create an account, we store your name, email address, country, role and language, the profile choices you make (region, niches, channels, audience size), the networks you mark and the affiliate tags you save, the posts you write, the short links you create and the earnings you enter yourself. Your password is stored only as a salted one-way hash, never in plain text, and we cannot read it.
Security and sessions
The portal uses one essential cookie to keep you logged in. It is not used for tracking or advertising. For each login we keep the browser and device type and when it was last active, so you can see and end sessions in Settings. To stop abuse, we keep short-lived counters based on a one-way hash of your IP address and email.
Short link clicks
When someone opens one of your short links, we count the click with its date and country only. We do not store the visitor's IP address or any identifier. Link previews and bots are not counted.
Why we use it
To run your account, show you your own numbers, keep accounts safe and contact you about NEXLINK: beta access, launch news and the founding member offer. We do not send spam.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
- We do not use advertising trackers.
- The main website does not set cookies. It only saves your language choice in your own browser.
Service providers
The website, the waitlist, the portal and its database are hosted on Cloudflare. We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which can see your IP address when loading them. Email is handled by our email providers. If we switch on AI writing in Post Studio, the product and tone you choose are sent to our AI provider to write the draft, never your email or password. These providers process data only to deliver their services.
How long we keep it
Account data stays until you delete your account. Deleting it in Settings removes your profile, posts, links, click counts, earnings and sessions straight away. Expired sessions and old reset links are removed automatically. We keep waitlist details until launch, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Your choices
In Settings you can download all your account data as a file, sign out other devices and delete your account. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will reply as soon as we can.
Changes
We will update this page before we collect any new kind of data. The date at the top shows the latest version.

نكسلينك شركة ناشئة في مرحلة مبكرة أسسها خليل في المملكة العربية السعودية. نسخة مبكرة من بوابة الأعضاء متاحة على getnexlink.com/app، والمنتج الكامل لم يُطلق بعد. توضح هذه الصفحة بكلمات بسيطة ما نجمعه اليوم ولماذا.
قائمة الانتظار
عند انضمامك إلى قائمة الانتظار، نحفظ اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ودورك وبلدك ولغتك المفضلة وتاريخ التسجيل. وإذا راسلتنا، نستلم ما تختار كتابته.
حسابك
عند إنشاء حساب، نحفظ اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني وبلدك ودورك ولغتك، واختيارات ملفك الشخصي (المنطقة والمجالات والقنوات وحجم الجمهور)، والشبكات التي تحددها ووسوم التسويق التي تحفظها، والمنشورات التي تكتبها، والروابط القصيرة التي تنشئها، والأرباح التي تدخلها بنفسك. تُحفظ كلمة المرور فقط على شكل تجزئة أحادية الاتجاه مع ملح، ولا تُحفظ كنص واضح، ولا يمكننا قراءتها.
الأمان والجلسات
تستخدم البوابة ملف تعريف ارتباط أساسيًا واحدًا لإبقائك مسجلًا للدخول، ولا يُستخدم للتتبع أو الإعلانات. لكل تسجيل دخول نحفظ نوع المتصفح والجهاز وآخر نشاط، لتتمكن من رؤية الجلسات وإنهائها من الإعدادات. ولمنع إساءة الاستخدام، نحتفظ بعدادات قصيرة الأمد مبنية على تجزئة أحادية الاتجاه لعنوان IP والبريد.
نقرات الروابط القصيرة
عندما يفتح أحد رابطًا قصيرًا من روابطك، نعدّ النقرة مع تاريخها ودولتها فقط. لا نحفظ عنوان IP للزائر ولا أي معرّف له. معاينات الروابط والبرامج الآلية لا تُحتسب.
لماذا نستخدمه
لتشغيل حسابك، وعرض أرقامك الخاصة، وحماية الحسابات، والتواصل معك بشأن نكسلينك: الوصول إلى النسخة التجريبية، وأخبار الإطلاق، وعرض الأعضاء المؤسسين. لا نرسل رسائل مزعجة.
ما لا نفعله
- لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نؤجرها ولا نتاجر بها.
- لا نستخدم أدوات تتبع إعلانية.
- لا يستخدم الموقع الرئيسي ملفات تعريف الارتباط، ويحفظ فقط اختيار اللغة في متصفحك.
مزودو الخدمة
الموقع وقائمة الانتظار والبوابة وقاعدة بياناتها مستضافة على Cloudflare. نعدّ زيارات الصفحات عبر Cloudflare Web Analytics الذي لا يستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط. والخطوط تُحمّل من Google Fonts التي قد ترى عنوان IP الخاص بك عند تحميلها، والبريد يُدار عبر مزودي البريد لدينا. وإذا فعّلنا الكتابة بالذكاء الاصطناعي في استوديو المنشورات، يُرسل المنتج والأسلوب اللذان تختارهما إلى مزود الذكاء الاصطناعي لكتابة المسودة، ولا يُرسل بريدك أو كلمة مرورك أبدًا. يعالج هؤلاء المزودون البيانات فقط لتقديم خدماتهم.
مدة الاحتفاظ
تبقى بيانات الحساب حتى تحذف حسابك. الحذف من الإعدادات يزيل ملفك ومنشوراتك وروابطك وعدد النقرات وأرباحك وجلساتك فورًا. وتُحذف الجلسات المنتهية وروابط إعادة التعيين القديمة تلقائيًا. ونحتفظ ببيانات قائمة الانتظار حتى الإطلاق، أو حتى تطلب حذفها، أيهما أقرب.
خياراتك
من الإعدادات يمكنك تنزيل كل بيانات حسابك في ملف، وتسجيل الخروج من الأجهزة الأخرى، وحذف حسابك. ويمكنك أيضًا طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها في أي وقت عبر البريد [email protected]، وسنرد في أقرب وقت ممكن.

سنحدّث هذه الصفحة قبل جمع أي نوع جديد من البيانات. يوضح التاريخ في الأعلى أحدث نسخة.
